1. General Information

By purchasing a Mystery Box from Cufflinks.com.sg, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The contents of each Mystery Box are randomly selected and will vary from box to box. The images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee the contents of any particular box.

2. Purchase Policy

  • All sales are final. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept the nature of the product.

  • The price of the Mystery Box includes the items within the box but excludes shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Orders will be processed within 10 business days.

3. No Refund, Return, or Exchange Policy

  • Due to the surprise nature of the Mystery Box, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

  • Cufflinks.com.sg is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Product Disclaimer

  • Cufflinks.com.sg makes no guarantees regarding the value, brand, or type of items included in the Mystery Box.

  • Items in the Mystery Box will contain 1x Cufflink with value items ranging from SGD$49 to SGD$98.

6. Liability

  • Cufflinks.com.sg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the Mystery Box.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

        Track your Order

        Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email and your member account. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email for the tracking numbers to be updated in the system. 


        Delivery & Shipping:

        Please allow up to 5 working days for deliveries within Singapore and 10 working days from the date on the receipt of order confirmation in regards to international deliveries. This is subject to goods being in stock and please allow for a longer delivery time during the holiday periods.    

        Fees for re-delivery or cancellation will apply.
         

        Import Duty & Restrictions:

        Cufflinks.com.sg & Neckties.com.sg will not be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item ordered, or charge any import duty on such items. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
